75 Days to go ….
Got to hh this morning to find we’d been relieved of our computers and data projectors over the weekend … 
They obviously knew what they wanted – and how to get it … its a bit of a pain cos I liked my big screen but at least I know how to teach without it … unlike certain quarters … :?
Was expecting Gill Grissom or the ‘Incredible Acting Sunglasses’ (TM) to come and dust down the scene – but our SOCCO (rather than CSI) looked like he’d wandered in off a building site … where was the glamour of Warwick ????? 
I think I can now tick off every experience one can have in the heady world of school …

Well the return leg of the M n M Adventure 2006 is booked – 31st July til 27th August 2006. :o
(provided someone can get me back on a plane … might get very settled!!! )

77 Days to go ….
11 weeks today – thats less than 3 months …
Another week at hh down (yeah!!)
Its been a funny old week – individual days seemed to drag – but suddenly it was Friday again … just hope the weekend doesn’t go as quick!
And its not been the best week for working in the catholic education sector in this town with rumors of closure, merger , disappearing from the face of the earth doing the rounds … lets just say there’s things afoot and some people may know more than they are letting on :? ( Not Me !) … and we’re still stuck with the worst education secretary of the whole of my career in charge of the DfES … (some people just can’t take the hint can they Mrs B? Maybe she and chocolate factory are related !!!!! 
)
Plans for the MKM Visitation to these fair shores are well in hand …
have sorted out the first week – all booked!
Can’t say much as the ‘gentleman’ :P in question does read every word I write …
but I think he’ll approve …
And I’m going to sort my flight to Auckland today …
(no my penguin headed brolly doesn’t do international travel!!! )
The Warriors were in action this week playing the Lobby Gobblers of Leigh in a ‘friendly’ (in its loosest sense) My on the spot reporter ‘Missdougall’ kept me up to date with scores … and player ‘performances’ …
Kris Rads seems to have take our ‘break up’ badly … didn’t play (which explains why they got a try!) bless …. :)
but ‘Missdougall’ and me are now the ‘Official’ Wagga groupies … anyone else can get in the queue …. ;)
The verdict was … Captain Lockers was fab, Fecca played well and Logan is wonderful … from the neck down !!! (Yes we women know how we like our rugby!!!!) and Wagga was a star …
There’s another friendly coming up in the next week or so which will have ‘Missdougall’ s loyalties divided – Mr Wild (as featured on my pic page – Oh her face when I ‘hussied’ him! :) ) taking on the Warriors (not by himself …) in Kris’ very delayed testimonial game … but thanks to not even thinking about me its another game I can’t go to 
and yes I’ve learned a few more ‘smilies’ … impressed Mr M ????

Hola!
Think I’m catching up with myself for this week ;)
Last weekend I did my ‘guest star’ appearance at Jane’s Special Birthday Weekend!
Her hubby Kevin and I have been in cahoots for months ….
I met them outside Buck Palace … I actually ended up right opposite them in the crowd … and was busily sending texts as my alterego MP (Chimchimeree !!!) – they didn’t spot me …
The Boys were looking around for a woman with a carpet bag and parrot headed brolly to fly in …
Well they got the carpet bag , a brolly with a penguin head … and ME!!!
Just hope wind direction doesn’t change or I will be expected to demonstrate my flying skills …
We went on the London Eye on the Sunday which was a really great way to see the city … but you don’t see things like The Tower or Tower Bridge or the Dome … which surprised me …
Then its been back to earth with a bump at the HH … :(
(Two words Mrs B – choclate factory!!!!)
but in Happy Thought Heaven …
The Marginator is at this moment speeding her way to a back stage encounter with the Doobie Brothers … You Go Rock Chick!!! ;)
(I’m afraid I’m too young to remember them …..)
And My Murray just keeps sending me lovely things in the post … sighh!!!! :)
So things aren’t as yeuk as they could be … thankfully
Suppose I should do some work …. yawn …..

sorry its been a bit quiet … tell the truth not much to report – well not that you’d want to read anyway!
Life at the HH (school) continues very much as its always done … just one step away from the inmates taking over the asylum and only the Valiant Mrs Bits and myself in the way …
The ‘beloved’ PM of our country announced today everyone was going to be more ‘respectful’ to one another …
he wants to come here and try saying that to our ‘little dahlins’ …
but after my first assembly of 2006 there’s no doubt the ‘Dragon Lady’ is back with a vengence …

Things don’t change in the heady world of hedukashun!
All the little ‘dahlins’ are still little ‘dahlins’ and absence certainly hasn’t made the heart grow fonder …
(note to Mrs Bits … am pointing to my chest as I write this!! :-) )
Its cold and dark and miserable – and I’ve developed a burning throat and a runny nose … already!! :-\
Still its another day nearer April and the bid to get Cindy as much bread sauce mix as Murray can carry ;-)
Life (as Mr Ronan Keating once sang) certainly has been a ‘roller coaster’ over the last 48 hours … but as someone once said (Was it you Mrs Bits?) ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’ …. think I’m about gold medal weightlifting standard by now!!! :-\
In the world beyond ‘April’ it seems the curse of the JJB affecting the Warriors continues … Get Well Soon Bryan Fletcher and Hocky !
See if I’d been made head coach instead of THAT MAN things would be very different ;-)
Despite all good intentions probably won’t add anything til after the weekend now due to family commitments … but don’t let that stop you dear readers from adding your fivepenn’orth worth … :-D

96 days to go ….
Was hoping to put stuff here daily as is going to be such a special year but got tied up with fixing broken wing mirrors and challenging global communication networks for holding my messages (and very important messages they were too …) back yesterday …
Well my 6 week hiatus (cunningly disguised as a shoulder op and rehab!) ends today :-(
Had fizzyo this morning – lifting weights and stuff eek! Still my throwing arm is growing in strength … watch out 6MD!!!
So its back to the chalkface (though in the 21st century thats whiteboard and data projector – but it doesn’t quite have the same ring …) tomorrow …
I’ll have to see if I can remember how to stuff knowledge into the heads of my charges … maybe its like riding a bike !!!
Its been a very special Holiday time this year and not just because of what Santa brought me !!!! (I may get round to sharing more later :0))
