A REAL Honour
CONGRATULATIONS KRISTIAN RADLINSKI MBE *!
recognition in Queenie’s birthday honours for someone who I have always admired – his temperament, attitude and committment is something oh so rare these days – the kind of sporting role model you wish more kids would follow – as well as being a thoroughly nice guy (and cute! but not as cute as My Beloved obviously !!) as well 
The brightest piece of news this week …
still waiting for the red tape to unravel … had flash floods yesterday (a months rain in about ten minutes it seems!!) but hh still stands 
– though the rain did get in in some new places but not enough to prevent next weeks visitation by people with clip boards 
I wanted the end of my teaching career to be a happy experience 
doing the things I love like 
and 
and 
… but instead I’m working harder than I’ve ever done doing the job of 3 (at least!!!) for a boss who won’t wake up and smell the 
and deal with the weakest links while he has the chance … please can I have an ostrich ‘smilie’? cos thats him!!!!!!

The romantic plans of being swept away to NZ 
in the arms of My Beloved 
have crashed and burned 
– but he’s still coming over – to stop me giving the boss a ‘leaving pressie’ 
and a few others a piece of my mind 
…
So only another 4 and a bit weeks til I get a ‘Murraycuddle’ (TM) 
and then hopefully I’ll be following him back in a few weeks …

to find my visa application had been returned because they need a police check report which my Beloved 
had been told we wouldn’t need at this point …
) to get the necessary form – it takes 40 days to process

but we are in a much better position than we were this time last year …
having to work in some very stressful circumstances 
and the long drawn out process thats involved in just trying to escape from it all 
and send me information 
– but I know a real easy way to cure me … 
but so much for it being a ‘Summer’ sport – last week my boys lost in a snow storm 
The new imports from Lands Down Under 
and their thirst for numbers and the need to stick knowledge in the heads of the ‘Yuff’ of today!
has been transported back to his homeland with a promise to return to rescue his one truelove ….
it was back to earth with a bump this week as the ‘powers that be’ 
) and My Beloved was introduced to MY social history going down t’pits and seeing the World Famous Wigan Pier (though it was too windy for the funfair to be out that day 
– but I did get him some Wigan Rock!!! )
) and am expecting that about the 15th of July my Beloved 
) back to NZ so that we can begin our new life together …. 
and certainly won friends and influenced people 
which is not surprising really as he’s a total sweetheart 
was initiated into the Hope Whistling Orchestra 
(on tour at a venue near you soon!!! 
doesn’t seem to be so crazy anymore 
and me went to a murder mystery dinner entitled ‘Malice in Wonderland’ which was as mad as it sounds 
– but did provide the actors with a new idea to add to the script for next time 
– Christmas in the sun is going to take some getting used to!
) but to the fact its firework ‘month’…
) … still might distract me from the bangy bangs!
and gaining a pair of specs 
and surviving the week from hell running the hh last week
